  Early Registration includes (1) bus display and (1) registration fee until December 12. After December 12, the fee increases.
• Associate Member + Bus Display + Table Display - Early Rate – $1,100.00
  EARLY RATE: Registration includes (1) table top display, (1) bus display, and (1) registration fee at an early rate until December 12. After December 12, the fee increases.
• Associate Member + Supplier Table Display - Early Rate – $700.00
