Have some fun while you are in Franklin by taking one of three FAM tours! The tours will depart the Marriott Convention Center at 11am and return at 3pm. Each tour is unique and comes with lunch. Capacity is limited for each tour so sign up as soon as possible to reserve your spot! Here is what you can expect on each tour:

FAM Tour 1 Franklin on Foot: Historic Main Street, Shopping, Dining

Starting at the Franklin Visitor Center, we’ll take a private one hour tour of historic Main Street in Franklin, TN provided by Joe Bramford and Franklin on Foot! After the tour, use your complimentary gift card for lunch at one of three area restaurants (Puckett’s, Americana Taphouse, and Burger Dandy). Following lunch, you will have over an hour to explore and shop on Main Street with the opportunity to use your complimentary Kilwin’s gift card for a sweet treat before departure back to the hotel. FAM Tour 2 Masters & Makers: Distillery & Vineyard Tours

Enjoy a private tour of Leiper’s Fork Distillery while sampling fine whiskey in their tasting room. At the end of the tour, you will be provided with a boxed lunch of your choosing from Apple Spice Catering to take with you. The lunch can be eaten on the bus on the way to your next stop, or, you can wait until you arrive at the Arrington Vineyards where you can eat at their picnic tables. Once at the Arrington Vineyards, you can tour the vineyards on your own. Each guest will receive one complimentary wine flight from Visit Franklin using your free gift certificate at check out. FAM Tour 3 Battle of Franklin: Historic Homes Tour

Enjoy a guided private tour of Franklin’s Historic Carnton Plantation, which was witness to one of the Civil War’s bloodiest battles in 1864. After the tour, you will choose from a variety of boxed lunches from Puckett’s Restaurant and Grocery in the Carnton Plantation’s private gallery. After lunch, you will depart for the Carter House for another guided private tour. The Carter House was built in 1830 and was also part of dramatic events in 1864 in the Civil War. This tour is sponsored by Visit Franklin.
